What’s your Base System?

I’m going through the character generation process and I .. am unsure. What’s your assumed base-setting? OGL 3.5/PF/5e or what? I’m thinking it’s 3.5? Because the player’s guide doesn’t appear to have things like the mods for attribute tables, for instance.

Base system is any version of the SRD / OGL you want to use – 5e, 3.5, 3.0, or one of the hybrid OSR systems.

I believe in most of these systems, including 5 and 3.5, all the ability score mods are the same, i.e. what you see here in the 5e SRD
